Kalistick is a spin-off of the INSA Lyon, a major French engineering university, created as the result of a research program performed with the LIESP laboratory (Laboratoire d’Informatique pour l’Entreprise et les Systèmes de Production) on the technical quality of IT development projects. |

Kalistick won the national competition from the French Ministry for Research, supporting the creation of companies with innovative technology, and it has received support from OSEO for its innovation.
Nurtured early on by Créalys, Kalistick is a member of the Réseau Entreprendre and also has been awarded the Novacité label by the European Center for Enterprise and Innovation (CEEI Novacité).
Its innovations have also been recognized through its being named a Young Innovative Company (Jeune Entreprise Innovante, or JEI).

Kalistick is financed by private investors and an institutional investor.
Its R&D program has received support from the Rhône-Alps region, the French Ministry for Research, and INSA Lyon.
